For international shipping, all items will be sent via Japan Post EMS within 10 business days. Tracking information will be provided and delivery times may vary due to customs.

Our items are made from 100% silk and can only be dry cleaned. We recommend hanging your garments when not in use to prevent wrinkles.

For shipping, we fold our garments, so please use an iron to remove any wrinkles upon receiving. Set the iron to a low temperature and press the fabric from the backside, using a thin piece of cotton, such as a handkerchief, to protect it from direct heat.

Our understanding of materials is based on our years of experience and advice from industry professionals. However, please note that we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for each material composition, as every piece is unique, one-of-a-kind and sourced from across Japan.

Vintage and second-hand kimonos do not come with material composition labels. Traditionally, each kimono is tailored to the client’s specifications from the chosen fabric at the time of order, and most kimonos are hand-stitched with no labels.

Every kimono is carefully disassembled, washed, and sewn by hand. We create our garments from kimono remnants that cannot be used due to damage or wear. However, please be aware that small stains, damages, and imperfections may still be present, as these are vintage and second-hand pieces.

We do our best to select items with minimal damage, but as everything is handmade with natural materials and dyes, please handle each garment with care.

To preserve your garment, avoid direct sunlight, heat, water, and sweat.

Each kimono is unique, and we alter the sizing and shape to maximize the use of the fabric. Please check the sizing of each garment carefully before purchasing.

We accept custom orders for existing styles from our selection of kimonos and you can message us directly with your inquiries. Please note that we currently do not accept customer-provided kimonos.

Every kimono will be carefully folded, wrapped, and packaged for shipping. Please note that we use plastic to protect the packaging from weather damage.
